Yes. SAMi is available now, and Aivy is working with early adopter customers as we prepare for wider launch and finalise packaging, reporting and service options.

Feedback is built directly into SAMi. Users can rate individual features and add comments from within the portal, helping Aivy understand what is useful and where the experience can improve.

SAMi uses authorised Microsoft access appropriate to the selected service. SAMi Assess uses Microsoft sign-in and application consent, while deeper ongoing services may use delegated access such as GDAP or Lighthouse.

Yes. SAMi uses read-only access for analysis and does not make automated changes to your Microsoft environment.
