Aivy was built on our belief that business leaders and boards are poorly served by other participants in this transformational field. Consulting firms see a strategy as an end product. Technology-led suppliers focus on the tools and the build. And vendors just want to vend.
Our experience working at senior leadership and board levels across New Zealand, Australia, the United States and the APAC region told us that organisations are held back by this disjointed approach.
Many fear being left behind, but are held back by a lack of expertise, production capability and independent advice.

01/ Discover
Our process always starts with discovery. We believe that to deliver real business value we need a deep understanding of what that means to you. So our board or leadership discussions always begin with business strategy, not technology or tools
02/ Plan
Once we understand the outcome we’re working towards, we’ll develop and share a plan to deliver on it. This will include the business or market opportunity, the target market or user, the technology solution and stack we recommend and a roadmap for delivery.
03/ Build
During the build phase we bring together best of breed technical partners to develop and test your solution. This phase can also involve identifying and partnering with a selected hyperscaler and ensuring you are getting maximum benefit from any available partnership programmes.
04/ Go live
Once your solution is built and tested, we’ll work alongside you to deploy it to your own internal users or make it available to wider markets. This can involve marketplace listing support, marketing strategy and more.
05/ Manage and optimise
We see go-live as a milestone, not an end-point. Depending on your internal capability we can provide ongoing solution support, work alongside your selected hyperscaler, and find opportunities to evolve your solution and take it to new audiences. We’ll also continue to measure solution performance against your business goals and recommend improvements as needed.
06/ Reports and governance
“We speak board.” We understand the central and strategic role that AI will play at board and leadership level, so regular, concise and meaningful reporting and dialogue is at the heart of what we offer. Partnering with Aivy won’t just deliver on your business strategy; you’ll see your governance and leadership teams’ AI understanding, fluency and confidence grow too.
