Aivy Achieves Microsoft Business Partner for Modern Work Satus
An Important Milestone
As we build our Microsoft 365 capability and develop new ways to help organisations get more value from their technology investment,
The designation recognises demonstrated capability across Microsoft 365 and Modern Work, including the skills, customer delivery and experience required by organisations to maximise the use of Microsoft's workplace technologies.
For Aivy, our next step is building on that capability.
Microsoft Optimisation is Becoming a Broader Problem
Most organisations know which Microsoft licences they have purchased.
It can be much harder to answer the next set of questions.
Are those licences being used?
Are they the right licences for each user?
Where is money being spent without delivering value?
Are there security issues that need attention?
Are new capabilities such as Copilot actually being adopted?
Increasingly, technology costs are no longer entirely fixed.
Alongside traditional per user licensing, cloud and AI services are introducing more consumption based charging. That makes visibility into usage, adoption and cost even more important.
We believe Microsoft 365 optimisation therefore needs to be about more than finding unused licences.
It should bring cost, utilisation, security, productivity, AI adoption and upcoming commercial decisions into the same conversation.
Turning Microsoft Tenant Data into Better Decisions
Over the past few months, we have been working with customers to develop a new evidence led Microsoft 365 optimisation capability.
It securely analyses authorised Microsoft tenant data and turns it into prioritised findings across areas including:
licence utilisation and cost
security and account risk
productivity and adoption
Microsoft Copilot and AI usage
upcoming renewals and commercial actions
budgeting and forecasting
The objective isn't simply to reduce licences.
It's to help organisations make better decisions about what to retain, remove, reallocate, standardise or add - based on what is actually happening in their Microsoft environment.
What Comes Next
This capability will form part of the new Aivy Portal. We’ll share a first look at the platfrom in the next few weeks, so you’ll see how it works and opportunities to participate in the initial release.
The Portal is being designed for organisations managing their own Microsoft environments and for MSPs and technology partners looking for clearer visibility across the customers they support.
In the meantime, if Microsoft licensing, Copilot adoption or technology optimisation is something you're working through, we'd be happy to compare notes.
